Jason K. Woody serves as the President and CEO of the Lions Eye Institute for Transplant & Research. He and his dedicated team have helped bring the “gift of sight” to over 130,000 men, women and children around the world. His true commitment to help those blind or visually impaired has been demonstrated by his 27-year tenure with the Lions Eye Institute.
Jason serves on multiple boards and committees such as the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, University of Tampa Board of Fellows, and the Executive Committee of the Eye Bank Association of America and Donate Life America as the Chair.
In addition Jason is the immediate past president of the Donate Life America board and serves on the Organ and Tissue Education Panel for Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) to represent the interests of the public with regard to increasing the number of organ and tissue donors around the country and across the state.
Michael (“Mike”) E. Griffin is a Senior Managing Director for Savills Studley Occupier Services. During his career, Mike has completed commercial real estate transactions totaling more than 5.5 million square feet across the globe for a diverse occupier clientele ranging from Fortune 500 companies to all levels of government entities.
Complementing his professional experience, Mike is well-known for his civic endeavors. Mike is the immediate past Chairman of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce (“GTCC”) and was recognized as it’s youngest Chairman in the more than 130 year history of the organization.
Transcending his servant leadership to the GTCC and USF, Mike, an Eagle Scout, serves on the Executive Board of the Gulf Ridge Council for the Boy Scouts of America. He is a graduate of Leadership Florida (Class XXVI), and in 2017, was appointed by Governor Rick Scott to the Tampa Port Authority/Port Tampa Bay Governing Board.
